Booking Your Group
We are pleased to offer discounts on lift tickets, rentals and ski school programs to groups with 20 or more participants. For every 20 tickets purchased for your group, you will receive 1 free lift ticket. We also have special incentives if your group would like to come up multiple times during the season.

In order to make your trip as smooth as possible we will need to receive your group information at least 5 days in advance. That information should include how many lift tickets for adult, youth, child and senior; number and type of rental equipment; skill level of those taking lessons; and any other special needs that your group requires. A credit card will be taken at this time to hold your ticket reservation. The card will be charged the day of your arrival or if you cancel within 3 days of your trip.

When you arrive at Crystal Mountain your tickets will be waiting for you in the Group Sales office. One payment must be made at time of pick up. If you wish to receive your tickets in advance, payment must be made at least seven days prior to event date to allow for processing and mailing. Materials will be sent to you via UPS 2nd day. Please add a service fee of $6.50 to your total to cover the cost of shipping.

A $75 handling fee will be charged for cancelling within 3 days of your trip.
