Summit House Restaurant

Perched atop the Rainier Express Chairlift, the Summit House serves up breathtaking views and a brand new menu featuring charbroiled steaks, fresh Alaskan halibut, a variety of salads, exciting daily specials and much more. On a clear day, take in the amazing scenery of six of the Northwest’s most famous volcanic peaks. It’s like eating at the top of the world! The lower level houses ski patrol and public restrooms. The upper level is the restaurant which seats approximately 100 people. Come in and enjoy a meal in the full service restaurant or just come in and have a glass of our select beer or wine with some traditional Swiss style fondue! In hurry to get back on the slopes? Energize your body before heading down the mountain with a hearty cup of soup or chili or a warm espresso drink from the Summit express window which also features a selection of sausages and bratwurst. You’ll find yourself coming back for another look and another bite...and another...and another!


Campbell Basin Lodge

A new 12,500 square foot lodge, located in Campbell Basin, near the top of the Forest Queen chairlift. This crowning jewel of Crystal will include an upscale food court featuring the following stations: pasta, soup, grilled sandwiches, burritos & wraps, gourmet pizza and stir-fry. With breath taking views out every window, you’ll wish you could eat here everyday!

A full service restaurant serving fabulous casual food, the Bullwheel is the place to swap tall tales and chow down on huge burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and specialty drinks. The Bullwheel serves lunch and dinner. Located in the upper level of the Main Lodge. Check out the Bullwheel for Après ski with live entertainment on weekends and late night fun.
